About the Role<\/strong>
  
Our client is looking for someone to join their Distribution and Inventory team and support them with various warehouse activities.  It is a multifunctional role with both distribution responsibilities such as pick and pack and preparing shipments and inventory responsibilities such as cycle counting.
Daily communication with internal and external contacts, including: operations, distribution services, small parcel couriers, and freight forwarders to support the on-time arrival of international shipments.  Responsible for operating the Quality Management System (QMS). Will have responsibility to assure that a controlled system is used to accomplish quality processes and maintain regulatory and procedural compliance. Main responsibilities<\/strong>
  • Performs pick and pack of daily shipments in accordance with our standard operating procedures<\/li>
  • Supports with processing\/reviewing international documents for the export of time critical shipments of materials\/product to a list of identified countries<\/li>
  • Supports with cycle counting and inventory management<\/li>
  • Daily communication with project managers, project assistants, distribution department, couriers and freight forwarders regarding compliance and shipment issues<\/li>
  • Tracking and managing of exports to ensure door-to-door service<\/li>
  • Maintains shipping and receiving records, distributes data or reports summarizing warehouse activities<\/li>
  • Handles moderately complex issues and problems. Refers only the more complex issues to higher level staff<\/li>
  • Works with Facilities Managers to maintain compliance as needed<\/li>
  • Ensure customer and legal requirements are met<\/li>
  • General support as required through the warehouse<\/li>
  • Adheres to the company’s quality management system (QMS)<\/li> <\/ul>  <\/strong> 
    Candidate requirements:<\/strong>
    •  <\/strong>Minimum 2 years’ warehouse experience - preferred<\/li>
    • Computer Skills – Knowledge and ability to use computerized software and systems relevant to warehousing - preferred<\/li>
    • Knowledge of basic warehouse procedures like receiving and storing<\/li>
    • Ability to understand written and verbal instructions<\/li>
    • Detail oriented<\/li>
    • Excellent time management skills<\/li>
    • Able to carry out basic computations in arithmetic<\/li>
    • Good communication skills<\/li>
    • Ability to maintain good working relationships with co-workers, vendors, customers and other team members<\/li> <\/ul>

      About the role<\/strong>
        
      Our well-established, friendly and professional client is looking to recruit an Office Administrator. The ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day administration for the Company. The role requires an organiser with strong human and administration qualities who can prioritise effectively when faced with multiple different tasks and multiple different stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be able to work on their own initiative, be proactive and be able to deal with issues and matters quickly and in an efficient manner
       <\/strong> 
      Responsibilities fall into two categories:
        
      Office Management responsibilities include;
      • Answering and forwarding phone calls.<\/li>
      • Taking the minutes in finance committee meetings, audit committee, board meetings, any other meetings as required.<\/li>
      • Monitoring office supplies and replenishing as and when required.<\/li>
      • Updating various records such as the holiday log and supplier lists.<\/li>
      • Managing the MBA Scholarship team to review applicants eligibility, prepare documents for shortlisting, managing the mailbox, and partaking in final interview stages to partake in the decision of candidate awards on an annual basis.<\/li>
      • Document organisation and management of passports, proof of residence, travel visas.<\/li>
      • Ad hoc admin support to other members of staff as and when required.<\/li> <\/ul>
        Accounts Assistant responsibilities include;
        • Maintaining the purchase and sales ledger using Sage 200.<\/li>
        • Payment run; collating invoices, making timely payments and liaising with suppliers as and when required to resolve any payment discrepancies.<\/li>
        • Communicating with multiple bank relationship managers, maintaining relationships and ensuring smooth running of banking systems.<\/li>
        • Completing weekly cash reports for various companies and managing petty cash.<\/li>
        • Assisting with queries from third parties where necessary, including auditors and external accountants.<\/li>
        • Preparing and collating company credit card statements and employee’s cash expenses.<\/li> <\/ul>

            • Provide accurate and timely estimates to fulfil client briefs<\/li>
