WEYBRIDGE<\/strong>
Our client is looking for a Credit Controller to join their team.  The successful candidate will be responsible for a ledger of approximately 1000 accounts, and to proactively manage the collection of debtor balances by phone, email, and letter.
  
Main Responsibilities:<\/strong>
  • Resolving outstanding account queries with customers directly<\/li>
  • Chase Customers debt via phone following up with email, sending LBA’s where required<\/li>
  • Reconciling accounts via customer requests<\/li>
  • Sending dunning letters, statements & copy invoices to customers<\/li>
  • Handling post incoming and franking post out<\/li>
  • Uploading invoices to customer portals<\/li>
  • Producing consolidated invoices on a ad hoc basis<\/li>
  • Providing credit checks for new and existing customers for Manager approval<\/li>
  • Release orders on hold in Oracle and Service now daily and monitor<\/li>
  • Resolve unallocated payments that they are consistently managed and identified<\/li>
  • Processing refunds<\/li>
  • Prepare legal paperwork if required<\/li>
  • Update out of date Direct Debit mandates in Oracle<\/li>
  • Cover Customers for colleagues when out of office<\/li> <\/ul>   
    Skills and Experience:<\/strong>

      We’re working with a specialist engineering company that designs and builds highly technical, bespoke equipment used by clients around the world. Due to growth, they’re looking for a Service & Production Engineer to join their team.
      This is a hands-on, varied role combining UK-based workshop work with international travel. You’ll spend time learning the company’s equipment in-depth at their UK site, before supporting installations, servicing, and troubleshooting at customer sites globally.
      This role would suit someone who enjoys understanding how things work, solving problems, and working with their hands—whether that experience comes from work, hobbies, or personal projects.

      What You’ll Be Doing<\/strong>
      • Building and assembling equipment at the UK site<\/li>
      • Supporting installation and commissioning at customer locations worldwide<\/li>
      • Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs (mechanical and electrical)<\/li>
      • Performing routine servicing and maintenance<\/li>
      • Providing basic training and support to customers on-site<\/li>

You will be responsible for all aspects of contract management, billing, and service revenue. Ensure accurate and timely billing processes, contract compliance, and resolution of commercial and revenue queries. Maintain efficient operations and develop collaborative relationships across sales, service, and finance teams. Function as first point of contact for escalations related to billing, contracts, and revenue queries. Drive continuous improvement, automation, and operational excellence.

                • Manage and maintain PAFM database alongside ECC team (Service)<\/li>
                • Reporting on ECC reconnections monthly and submitting to the Head of Credit & Operations Monitoring of Revenue teams’ daily tasks via ServiceNow dashboards<\/li>
                • Implement and manage action plans for individual teams upskilling.<\/li>
                • Field queries related to Revenue: Asset lists, contract information, and general enquiries.<\/li> <\/ul>
