Our client is looking for a Sales Order Processor to support all divisions by processing parts orders for all product groups as well as special commercial contracts. Answer calls in relation to spare part enquiries and spare part logistical enquiries. Apply a Customer Centric response at all times. Maintain good relationships with colleagues and logistical companies to ensure a smooth transit of parts to the customer. Assist the Warehouse with clearing credit returns where possible and keep warranty procedures up to date and communicated.

Assist with ad-hoc unit order processes and the Senior, Sales Administration Coordinator in general with additional tasks when required for the benefit of the company.

Main responsibilities:

Deal with telephone enquiries from Commercial Customers in relation to parts, unit ordering and enquiries as well as logistics. Maintain good internal department relationships to assist with the resolution of any queries.
Monitor the shared P&A email inbox for similar enquiries as well as any direct communication to your individual email address.
Liaise with colleagues as well as courier companies in relation to spare part logistics and ensure all relevant information about their order is relayed back to the customer.
Work closely to ensure that deliveries are made in a timely manner and that also issues are resolved quickly.
Book local parts orders onto the system and create necessary purchase orders to create available stock.
Ensure correct pricing on team parts ordering and confer with Credit Control over invoicing and support to allow parts to be despatched without issue.
Deal with parts orders for Commercial Customers and collaborate with the New Business Division and Warehouse team to ensure correct pricing, supply requirements and terms are being applied.
Support with e-commerce enquiries and purchase issues from end user customers.
Be prepared to attend and work at exhibitions and shows for all product groups. Provide a Customer Centric approach when dealing with the public and advising on the product and parts advice
