OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR

About the role
To assist with managing operational suppliers for the business ensuring all KPI’s/SLA’s are met, customer concerns are investigated and processes are kept under review. To compile operational reports for internal and external clients.
Main responsibilities
•    Working with the Head of Operations (HoO), to ensure a robust supplier management framework is in place for all operational suppliers through effective SLA’s and KPI metrics.
•    To regularly review supplier performance, in conjunction with the HoO and ensure company Operational and Contractual standards are met against agreed metrics and KPI’s and any customer concerns are dealt with effectively by the supplier.
•    To organise and assist with regular review meetings with all key suppliers to review KPI metrics, review any concerns, ensure company are receiving competitive terms and investigate further opportunities for business.
•    To assist with the supplier tender process.
•    To maintain supplier contracts, ensuring that contracts are up to date.
•    To assist with collating all relevant management reporting.
•    To collate all relevant client KPI reports and client review data.
•    To collate any rebate payments from suppliers and to ensure that invoices are raised in accordance with agreed timeframes.
•    To maintain the in-house platform for daily hire and undertake related daily tasks, as required.
•    To support business development team in the preparation of tender bids.

Candidate requirements

•    Capable of evaluating the needs of the situation, priorities, constraints and exploring commercial terms.
•    Focused on performance and delivering results with a ‘can do’ approach
•    Ability to interpret, extract, manipulate and analyse data accurately using Excel at an intermediate level.
•    Identifying issues and presenting potential solutions
•    Highly proficient in MS Office applications with the confidence and ability to learn new systems and technology when required
•    Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines 
•    Articulate and concise 
•    Effective communicator both orally and in writing. 
•    Ability to produce accurate work to tight deadlines under pressure
•    The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team successfully
•    Ability to problem solve and think outside the box
•    Presentation capability to both internal and external audiences.
