£20,000 to £25,000 basic (depending on experience) £35,000 to £40,000 OTE uncapped
About the Media Sales Executive role:
Our client is looking for a bright enthusiastic, articulate and high achieving confident Events Sales Executive with proven and demonstrable experience in good communication, negotiation and sales.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and driven individual with a ‘can do’ attitude and natural ability in communication with great team spirit.
The successful Media Sales Executive applicant will be working for a friendly, exciting, vibrant and rapidly expanding company. This role would suit someone who is enthusiastic, highly motivated and looking to develop a career in sales. This ‘soft sell’ sales role is to source examples of excellence and success stories that would be suitable to enter the annual awards.
Main duties of the Media Sales Executive will include:
• Business development – invitation by telephone to director level executives to enter the awards
• Lead Generation – using both internal database and sourcing of suitable awards entries
• Target driven – ability to work both alone and as a team consistently achieving revenue targets
• Substantial remuneration in addition to basic salary
• Database management – updating records and enhancing data on an ongoing basis
• Maintain and build client relationships
• Developing sales strategies and execution
• Working closely with the team to ensure targets are achieved
