About the role

This is an exciting time to join our clients marketing team. A fantastic opportunity to join the team of five creative and passionate marketing professionals, and work closely with the design and sales team.

You’ll have the chance to work across the website, direct-to-consumer store and our ecommerce sales channels. You will also work with leading digital marketing agencies and gain experience in the essential digital platforms, like Meta Business, Google Analytics, Klaviyo and Google Ads.

Main responsibilities

Site Optimisation and Development- improving user experience and brand presence online.
Agency management - managing day to day communication with digital marketing agencies, ensuring progressing towards targets and working effectively (e.g., web design agencies, PPC and Amazon agencies).
Shopper Marketing - working with sales team and to drive sales by executing online activations.
Performance Analysis - Regular monitoring and reporting of ecommerce performance, using multiple tools including Google Analytics, Shopify, Google Ads, Business Manager, Google Data Studios, WordPress and Klaviyo.
Analytics & Insights - Gathering, analysing and presenting insights so they can be used to improve work (e.g., informing ad targeting, improving UX and keyword strategy).
The brilliant basics - replying to emails within a timely manner, sense checking your work, contributing appropriately and keeping up with financial reconciliations.
Paid Media/Performance Marketing - executing digital marketing campaigns. Uploading ads, managing campaigns and monitoring performance across multiple platforms, including Meta Business Manager.
Amazon - Improving their marketing by developing best-in-class Amazon Brandstores, A+ Content and Product Detail Pages, and overseeing Amazon Advertising campaigns.
Campaign Planning & Communications - collaborating to inform campaign plans and develop cut-through creative ideas. You’ll contribute to brainstorms and recommend new initiatives.
Campaign Execution - executing other activities across digital marketing channels, including but not limited to, Email, Social Media and YouTube.
New Product Development - supporting company ambition to launch 50+ new products per year, you’ll complete market research projects on new trends, generate and develop product ideas and execute new product launch campaigns.

Excellent organisation and time management skills
