Graphic Designer – Maternity Cover
Just outside Guildford, Surrey
£40,000–£45,000
12+ Month Contract

Are you an experienced Graphic Designer looking for a varied, hands-on role where you can take ownership of projects, work directly with clients and produce creative work you're proud of?
We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join a friendly, collaborative creative studio just outside Guildford on a maternity cover contract of 12 months or more, with the possibility of an extension.
This is an all-rounder role offering plenty of variety. You'll take briefs directly from clients, manage projects from start to finish and bring creative ideas to life. One day might involve discussing a brief with a client, developing campaign creative and checking final artwork to ensure everything is just right.

What we're looking for

Solid experience as a Graphic Designer, with a diverse portfolio showcasing your work.
Confidence managing projects from initial brief through to completion.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal directly with clients.
A well-organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience with AI-generated imagery and motion graphics.
A proactive approach and a genuine pride in the quality of your work.

What's on offer?

£40,000–£45,000 salary, depending on experience.
A 12+ month maternity cover contract, with the possibility of extension.

A friendly, collaborative working environment.
Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.
25 days' holiday, plus eight bank holidays.
One day working from home per week after probation.
