This purpose
of this role is to provide secretarial and administration support to the Directors.
Duties:
- To
co ordinate external and internal meetings

Liaising with customers and industry experts
- Being responsible for visitors – informing reception and booking parking spaces/taxis as required
- Organise travel and
accommodation arrangements for Management Team

Applicants will have previous experience of working within a similar role. They
will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills allowing them to work on their own initiative as well as within
a team. They must be organised and computer literate.
