We know we won't be able to help everybody who takes the time to register with us, but what we do promise is that we actively seek out opportunities for our candidates and work at building relationships with our clients to promote more opportunities for you.

Here at Plum, we understand that looking for a new role can be daunting, so outlined below is a guide to how we work and what is required from you to achieve the best results possible. 

Registration

Once we have received your CV, we will ask you to register via email and forward a scanned copy of your passport for identification purposes. This is so we can ensure we have an accurate record of your requirements, enabling us to correctly match them with the tight criteria required by our clients. So the more information you can give us, the better!

Contact

Following an appraisal of your skills, if any of our available jobs match your skillset and requirements, one of our experienced consultants will contact you directly to discuss the role. We will strive to give you as much detail as possible so you can make an informed decision. Only once we have discussed the role with you will we put your details forward to a company.

Interview Stage

We know how important it is to make a good first impression and once we have secured you an interview, will provide you with the tools and information you will need to dazzle your prospective new employer! See our guide to interviews for further tips and advice! 

Once you have had your interview, all we ask for is an honest feedback. Not every job is going to be right and we do not pressure candidates into taking a role which isn't suitable, but we do need to know your thoughts so we can act on them for you.

Once you have secured your dream role, our service doesn't end there. We will remain at hand to resolve any problems or issues you may have and once you have started in your new position, will periodically be in contact to see how you are settling in.
